You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code or use our content in violation of applicable laws.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized transactions.
3. Products
Avylor makes reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, packaging, colours, photographs, sizes and other information accurately.
Actual colours or appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and your device display.
Product availability is subject to stock.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products where necessary.
4. Skincare Information
Information provided on the Avylor website, packaging and social-media channels is intended for general product and skincare information.
Individual skin responses can vary.
Customers should review product ingredients and directions before use. Where appropriate, patch testing is recommended before introducing a new skincare product into your routine.
Our products and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions. If you have a medical or dermatological concern, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
5. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions and offers may change from time to time.
The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed during checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors.
6. Orders
Submitting an order does not prevent Avylor from reviewing it before fulfilment.
We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm a Cash on Delivery order before dispatch.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and order information.
We may cancel an order if we cannot verify necessary information, the product becomes unavailable, an obvious pricing/error issue occurs, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
7. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Where available, Cash on Delivery (COD) may be selected at checkout.
Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Avylor currently delivers within Pakistan.
Standard delivery is Rs. 250.
Orders of Rs. 2,500 or above qualify for free standard delivery.
Orders are normally expected to arrive within 3–6 business days after confirmation, although delivery times may be affected by location, courier operations, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns, Damages & Refunds
Due to the hygiene and personal-care nature of skincare products, opened or used products cannot normally be returned simply because of a change of mind.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete order, please contact Avylor within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order details together with photographs or video where appropriate.
Eligible cases will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
10. Promotions & Offers
Promotional offers may be available for limited periods and may be changed, extended or withdrawn at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot necessarily be combined with other offers.
